Authors Note: Though this could be read as a stand alone, I highly recommend reading the first book in this series titled 'If I Break' first.

Out of the past six years of my life, I only remember about half of it. After a dozen doctors and thousands in medical bills, I was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder--one that causes me to lose track of time. Sometimes it’s hours, days or even weeks with no recollection of anything. The good thing is it's been almost two years since I had my last ‘black out’. It sounds much better than what the doctors refer to them as, 'episodes', like my life is a freakin' comedy.

During those two years of normal, I finally managed to get my Bachelor’s degree, a job I love, and I’ve just proposed to a woman who has been there for me through it all. For the first time in a long time everything is on track.

Until a strange woman shows up at my door—she says I'm her husband and I think she’s crazy. Until, I get a voice mail on my phone. It’s from a guy name Cal. The weird part is, it’s the same name the strange woman called me. What terrifies me, is this guy Cal…his voice sounds just like mine.

If I Break

This was a good book, with an interesting premise that kept you coming back to see what would happen. I found the ending a bit less satisfying. It left you hanging without a decent conclusion. I then realized why: There's a sequel! I read the sequel, and found that ending even less satisfying! It was good to hear the man's point of view, but I will have to read the third book in the series to get a satisfying ending.

This was a truly amazing book! I fell so deeply in love with the characters and the story line. I read the entire series in a weekend actually, I couldn't stop myself! Definitely worth the read!!

Wow !

What a great story! I love how everything took an unexpected turn, there where someone's where events didn't actually connected with the earlier books but I guess that's what happens when you write a story as it develops rather than planned the whole thing before. This is a story I would love to see on a movie or TV show; I would say this is 10 thousand times better than fifty shades because it has the mystery without the need of sex.

Amazing, best series I have read in a very long time. You can get past the grammar with how amazing the story line is. Absolutely heart wrenching and fell in love all over again and again.

Disappointed

Nothing new happened till the last chapter of the book! Literally, took the last two chapter of the first book only put it in Chris's perspective and called it a sequel.

This book is the perfect side piece to If I break (book one). The little details like the Snickers are things that make me crave for more. Beautifully written.

I feel that I was cheated. Seventy-five percent of the contents of this book was in the first book. The difference is the story was narrated by Chris, Cal alter. I was cheat time and money...not a happy reader

If you've read the first book, this book is a fast read and a good one. I like getting to know the characters on another level, and seeing the story from a different perspective. The editing needs a lot of work, but if you can get past that, it's a good read.

I'm really enjoying the story, but I keep getting stuck on bad editing, grammar and spelling mistakes. I have come to expect that from free books but feel cheated when I get it in paid books. The story is original and it hooks you. Its well drawn out.. Just urgently needs editing.

Picked up "If I Break" on a whim! Was so engrossed it was 2AM before I knew it. Turned off the lights to go to sleep but after 5 minutes I was reading the first two chapters of "Before I Break". Can't wait for the next book!

Great Addition

Though this wasn't necessary, it's an enjoyable addition that is a quick read. I love this series as a whole. It is a great romance that isn't just cliché and vanilla. Would recommend.

Absolutely AHHmazing

I love this books and I can't stop reading but there are multiple errors. They interrupt my flow and I have to reread & insert a word for it to flow better other than that I can't get enough of this. About to purchase the next book and I don't believe I should have to pay for a book that has errors in it but what are you going to do.
